KiloApps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. App Functionality

FeeWise:

  • Provides estimated eBay fee calculations based on publicly available fee structures
  • Calculations are for informational purposes only
  • Actual fees may vary; always verify with eBay's official fee calculator

RV Leveler Pro:

  • Uses iPhone gyroscope sensors for leveling measurements
  • Accuracy depends on device calibration and placement
  • Not a replacement for professional leveling equipment in critical applications

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Apps are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Apps will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • Calculations or measurements will be 100% accurate
  • The Apps will meet your specific requirements

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KiloApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Apps.

6. In-App Purchases

Some Apps offer premium features through in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of our Apps are the exclusive property of KiloApps and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Apps at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.
